After seven levels of play, we are finished here on Day 1A of APT Philippines 2010!

The chip leader is Charles "Mr. Macau" Chua, who pretty much saw his stack climb steadily higher throughout the day to end at a dominating 98,950. In second place is the Filipino Poker Tour's Alan Escano, who is way behind with 63,525 but still good enough to take second place on the leaderboard for today.

Other players who are still alive include defending champion Neil Arce, billiards pro Alex Pagulayan, last night's Head Hunter champion Li You Nan, and a host of well-known players from the local scene.

Day 1B will start tomorrow at 1:00 pm. Many top players are expected to be in attendance, including Johnny Chan, John Juanda, J.C. Tran, Nam Le, Quinn Do, Steve Sung, Winfred Yu, and many more.
