After six days of poker action here in Manila, we have a champion here at the PAGCOR Chairman's Cup!
Despite losing his chip lead and falling behind big in heads-up play, Binh Nguyen roared back before finally claiming all the chips on the table from Gordon Huntly.
Binh outlasted a field of 430 players that included top Asian and international poker pros.
He came into the final table with the sixth biggest stack but used a combination of great timing and good cards to lock down the trophy and US $260,700 first prize.
Congratulations to Binh Nguyen, champion of this year's PAGCOR Chairman's Cup!
From the SMX Convention Centre here at the Mall of Asia complex, we are signing off. See you all from our next event!
