We've lost the field's top female pro after she was unable to make her flush draw against flopped trips.
Pre-flop, it was a three-way after Roel Pijpers raised to 400 and got two callers in the button and Celina Lin in the small blind.
Roel checked it over to the button, who bet out 800. Celina then re-raised to 2,400 with about 5,000 behind. Action went back to Roel, who shoved his stack in.
The button decided to get out of the way but Celina made the call and the cards were shown:
Roel had hit trip sixes on the flop but Celina still had a shot with her club flush draw.
However, it did not happen as the turn and river did not bring the suit she needed, sending her to the rail early in Day 1C.
No worries, though -- there are still two more Day 1s for Celina to make her mark and join fellow PokerStars Team Asia Pro Bryan Huang on Day 2.
