Flushing Out the Competition

[user133555]
Raymond Wu

After being down to just one chip earlier, PokerStars Team Asia Pro Raymond Wu continued his impressive climb after hitting an unlikely flush.

Pre-flop, a player on his table went all-in with {a-}{q-} and Raymond made the call with {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}.

It was looking bad for Raymond as the flop came {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades} to give his opponent top two-pair.

However, he managed to pick up extra outs as the {8-Spades} appeared on the turn to give him a possible flush draw.

That draw was completed as the river brought the {2-Spades}, sending Raymond's opponent to the rail and giving him about 65,000 in chips.
