Lew Out, Finne Takes Chip Lead

Shamus

No-Limit

Yet another elimination to report -- Randy Lew, this time. All in before the flop with {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}, Lew was looking to outrun Timothy Finne's {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}.

But the flop brought a nine -- {9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{K-Diamonds} -- and Lew was well behind. The {K-Spades} on the turn opened the door a bit, but the {10-Spades} on the river ended Lew's day in 22nd place.

Finne now has 445,000 and currently sits atop the leaderboard.

Eli Elezra
Eli Elezra

No-Limit

Jamie Rosen opened for 9,500 from the hijack seat, the player on the button called, then Eli Elezra raised to 29,500 from the small blind. The big blind folded, Rosen reshoved all in, the button folded, and Elezra called, putting his entire stack of 82,500 at risk.

Elezra {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Rosen {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}

Elezra was looking for a jack to survive, but the dealer didn't comply as the board came out {4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}. Elezra is out in 24th, and Rosen rises to 270,000.

The hits just keep coming. This time it was Aaron Steury all in for his tourney life with {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} versus Daniel Idema's {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}.

The dealer delivered the community cards -- {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} -- and Steury is out in 24th place. Idema climbs to 250,000.

Collopy Cut Down

Shamus

No-Limit

Dwyte Pilgrim opened for 4,500 from under the gun, and Jim Collopy, sitting to his left, made it 24,000 to go. It folded back around and Pilgrim pushed it up to 48,000. Collopy responded by shoving all in, and Pilgrim -- who had Collopy covered -- made the call.

Pilgrim showed {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts} and Collopy {A-Spades}{K-Spades}. The board came {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Spades}{J-Spades}, and Collopy hits the rail in 26th place.

Pilgrim is now up around 300,000 chips.

We're Back

Shamus

Players have returned and they are presently redrawing for the final three tables.

Dinner Break

Shamus

We've reached the end of level 14, and players have taken off for their 60-minute break. Even though we made it down to 27 players just prior to the break coming, they've been sent on their way prior to redrawing for the final three tables. We anticipate that happening upon their return.

See you back about 7:55 p.m. local time when action resumes

Limit

Adam White raised from UTG+1, and only Jonathan Tamayo called from the big blind. The flop came {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{8-Spades}. Tamayo checked, White bet, Tamayo check-raised, and White called with his remaining chips.

White held {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, while Tamayo had a pair with {K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. The turn was the {10-Hearts} and river the {8-Clubs}, and White is out in 28th place. Tamayo chips up to 173,500 as we approach the dinner break.
