Event #57: $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Championship

Dunst Back in Seven Figures

Tony Dunst doubles up.

Johnny Lodden opened the pot to 51,000 from the hijack seat and Ryan Eriquezzo reraised to 139,000 in the next seat over. Not to be outdone, Tony Dunst shipped it in there for all 760,000 of his remaining chips from the button, and that folded Lodden quickly. Eriquezzo was not so quickly pacified, however, and he sat deep in the tank for several long minutes as the cameras rolled.

"Will you show me this one, Tony?" he asked. Dunst sat as still as a statue, and his opponent finally mumbled, "No answer, huh?"

Finally, after another few minutes, he returned his cards to the dealer. "You want to see?" Dunst asked. Eriquezzo affirmed, and Dunst showed up his {A-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds}.

"Even I had that beat," Lodden noticed. You have to call to win, though, and Dunst's aggression has moved him up the board; he finds himself right at the one-million-chip mark now.
