Jason Mercier raised to 12,000 from under the gun, Larry Wright three-bet to either 27,000 or 32,000 from the big blind, and Mercier called. Both players stood pat, Wright led out for 21,500, and Mercier raised to 62,000.
Wright asked the dealer to pull the bets in.
"Doesn't look so big now, Jason," Wright told the two-time WSOP bracelet winner.
"That's what she said," John Monnette interjected.
Wright eventually folded, revealing a , and begged Mercier to show his hand. Mercier shook his head no and slid his cards into the muck.
