Kings Double Up the Table's Lone Female Player

Tracy Hugh

Pre-flop, Bryan Huang decided to make his first move of the final table, raising to 24,000 from middle position. Action folded all the way to Tracy in the button, who moved all-in for 105,000 more in chips. Bryan made the call and the cards were tabled:

Tracy: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Bryan: {a-Clubs}{j-Spades}

Tracy was ahead pre-flop but a collective "oooh" came from the crowd as the flop came {6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, putting Bryan just one club away from the nut flush.

However, nothing came as the turn {9-Hearts} and river {5-Diamonds} were blanks, giving Tracy the huge double-up and sending her near the average stack mark for what seems to be the first time in the entire tournament.

"I stand corrected, Tracy did reach average stack -- at the very beginning of the tournament before any of the cards were dealt," joked tournament director Lloyd Fontillas.

She is now at about 300,000 in chips.
